Does anyone know if it is legal to shoot these pests with an air rifle in my own private garden as they destroy my food crops and plants ?

I have a couple around my house that I'm considering using for archery practice to see if I can skewer them. It's retaliation for them using my car as bombing practice as there seems to be an excessive amount of droppings landing on my paintwork at the moment!

Basically yes but you may have to jump through hoops to get there.
Then you have to look at how you use the air rifle ~ potential impact on gardens around, fall of shot not on neighbours etc. |
Sorry didn't realise my post was blank
