Tyres are the single biggest difference, put some tyres on and take it to a few pay-and-play days. Get a feel for the vehicle and where you think it may be improved. Don't invest mods you don't personally want because most mods are dead money, you can't recover their cost on vehicle sale.

I had a 2004, and they go further than you think! I made a few little mods but tyre wise ran Event ML698 AT, and they were great (used mine as a daily runner as well)
