Looks like a 400-8 tyre, could be on a 4 stud wheel, take the suspension arm off will reveal all. Tyres are readily available if it is a 4 stud wheel they are too. Any good trailer spare specialist will be able to help.
What does that label at the bottom right of the picture tell you?

The label says vawe-atlantic as manufacturer and Pony as model

There are quite a few trailer spares people on the net have a look through ring them tell them what make/model you have and ask them for either just a wheel or a wheel tyre combo, it certainly looks like a 400-8 tyre from what I can see.
