Hi all,
Just a quick note to let you all know about a new product Adrian Flux Insurance is now offering – it’s called “Roadhalo”. It costs just £19.99 and provides expert legal assistance and advice in the event of you being prosecuted of a driving conviction. For lesser driving offences, the team of specialist solicitors will help you through the conviction process and advise you if there is a course available rather than points and fine.
The legal team behind “Roadhalo” have a proven record of reducing the severity of your punishment if there are mitigating circumstances. You also get representation in court up to £25,000 in a worst case scenario. It covers you in any car you are driving and you can buy it on its own or as an extra to your motor insurance policy through Adrian Flux.
You may have read similar stories in the papers where celebrities and sportsmen were able to successfully contest certain motoring offences, this is no longer a service just for the rich and famous.
Regards

What's the Adrian flux view on the proposed Vnuk judgement?
https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/moto...the-vnuk-judgment
How much would I expect to pay to use my ride on mower?
Or attend a 4x4 driving day in unregistered land rover based buggy?
Or have a SORN'd project car parked in a garage not moving for years at a time?
Would your 'Roadhalo' scheme help me out when im caught cutting my grass with no insurance?

Hi,
Talks are still ongoing regarding this so we are unable to answer with any degree of certainty, however hypothetically we imagine if you were caught cutting your lawn without insurance they would help out in the same was as if you were driving your car and got stopped for no insurance.
We do not currently have schemes for lawnmowers so I could not give you an indication of price. We do however have schemes that could potentially cover your SORN'd project car and for 4x4 driving days. Please feel free to contact me if you would like a quotation.
Kind Regards
Dan
