My dad has a 57 plate 90. 2.4 engine jobby. I know it came as new as a higher spec version of the van (It was previously my late uncles from new) ie full lining, body coloured roof etc and quite nice seats.
He has acquired some later half leather heated ones. They have the wiring that is attached to the seat but nothing else. No switches in the dash, just the blanks. What does he need to get to wire in the seats? I see all sorts of options out there.
I guess it would be too much to hope that LR used one common loom and that all he needs are switches to fit the in situ wiring and the link from the seat wiring to the fuse box or something similar.

Don't waste your money. Mine has 'heated seats'. I think I get more warmth when the resident Land Rover Spider farts.....

I thought mine were great.
There should be standard looms available along with the switches, failing which you can buy the switches and wire them in yourself - relays and fuses recommended

I thought mine were great. I've since changed the seats to Corbeau bucket seats but specified the Land Rover heat pads so that they would be plug and play.
