Just wondered with standard rims having 57mm of offset why you went as far as -35mm and now want 50mm of spacers .

You will have to check the wheel bearings ever so often is probably the only problem i can think off, and check any rubber/poly bushes at the same time. With all of the wheel/tyre combo sticking out so far handling will change as well.

A wider track will in theory make it more stable, both on and off road, your wider track will lead to you not riding in other peoples wheel tracks, but a certain amount of care will be needed if you are going over rocks or stony ground as in your wheels stick out farther and are not covered by the body, which in turn could lead in to the wheels and tyres picking up damage.
