take it you've read up on how to tune your pump/engine? if not remember at least to note where you started and adjust a small amount at a time...

I cant remember what end mine (but pretty sure it was a slot for a flat screwdriver) had and no idea about the hole In it Embarassed but I do remember it has a collar thing clamped around it from the factory that you will need to remove to adjust...

If it's revving higher you found the right screw, you will need to adjust idle as well. As for why one doesn't have a collar someone must have beaten you to it Laughing

I have only turned mine 1/4 turn i think and had a bit of an improvement there is a good vid on youtube saying turn it while on and rev after youve turned it to make sure it doesnt hang there for a while if it does back off a 1/4 turn, having said that i havent done that yet. mine doesnt smoke just the idle was a little higher. but i now have a boost gauge and controller on order so may want to tweak her a little more once fitted Very Happy just be careful not to do it too much.....last thing you want is a run away diesel! Shocked

I wound the fuel screw in about 2 turns, my boost gauge only goes up to 20psi and it maxes that out so who knows how much boost it's running... Confused Only get smoke when off boost as soon as turbo spools it clears. Tows 3t like it's not even there! Twisted Evil
