RRC Off Roader needs alternator upgrade, now running Eleccie Fans, and 2x Winch,
Currently has Delco ACR25 65amp

Anyone fitted 100amp+ Alternator, minimal Mods to bracketery,
What make Alternator

I think you can get standard fitment 130A alternators. Try the usual suppliers first then the specialists like Devon4x4.

You can get higher powered alternators, some are direct fit, I converted mine to take a mondeo 90a alternator because theyre ten a penny at any scrapyard, however under heavy load the single vee belts can slip, especially when they piggy back off the pas pump and your turning too. It would be nice to change the pulleys to multi vee at the same time.

I seem to remember that an old ford granada ghia alternator fits straight on? Big granada with lots of electrics and high amp alternator.
