I like the empty spaces - a bit of a rarity to see so many at the same time.

That is so important when parking spaces are so small. I think it should be the law that parking spaces are big enough to park a decent sized car like a Disco in with room to open the doors on both sides. I don't think this would be difficult as you could have toy, sorry small car spaces, for cars like the red one in the picture and full size spaces for decent cars, plus scrap the height restrictions so that you can park a decent car with a suspension lift.
J
PS: And in public car parks it should be free parking for Land Rovers as they are extremely environmentally friendly because they don't get scrapped and melted down every five years.

Was in gunwharf (portsmouth) for lunch. Had to ask Mrs NB to get out of the car to guide me into a parking space (they had the temerity to call it a space) around the concrete pillars - and that was with the fiesta! Even with mirrors folded in I dragged one mirror along the pillar and flicked a (folded) mirror on the car in the bay next door. Strewth!

4 months? An old thread??
On difflock at the moment anything posted within the last 6 months is a brand sparkly new thread
Now if it were 4 years old then it might count as an old thread... just!!!
