last year, i paid a double premium to have my payment moved to a more convenient date.
i was also charged by the credit agency to do this.
despite requesting at the point of renewal that the collection date remained the same, Flux have decided to move it back to the original date that i was charged to move it from.
imagine my disgust to find out that i had to go through the same again, pay the credit agency and pay a double payment in the same month to put it back again.
so every year i`m expected to do that?
not a chance. its a good job im past my cancellation date otherwise i would have walked.
Not a happy Bunny at this moment.

Hi,
I'm sorry that you seem to be having some issues with ourselves. If you'd like to PM me your details I'd be happy to take a look into this matter for you.
Regards,
Dan.

was called yesterday and common sense prevailed.
instead of being charged a double payment, i was asked to pay the difference between the 16th and the 28th.
much more sensible.
thanks Dan

The true test of a company or organisation is not if they stuff up, but how they go about sorting it out.
I've had issues with policies with Adrian Flux over the years but I've always found them good at sorting the problem if given the chance ..... unlike many others

it was the initial knee jerk reaction that annoyed me. the refusal to see that throwing money at a problem isnt always the solution. the one thing that can really wind me up is when companies say one thing, then do another and hide behind "its our policy" one policy or procedure doesnt cover every customer. flexibility is the way to keep your customers happy.
the lady who called and sorted it was very good though.
