I have just had the most frustrating experience over the last few weeks with these guys.

3 failed to return calls
3 failed to get me quotes despite me taking hours out my working day to take them the car and reminding them many times over 3 weeks.

Finally I get someone who will do it at a reasonable price yet I have to chase him EVERY damned day for 2 weeks to get it done in time and when it still goes horribly wrong and we miss the deadline and it f**ks up MY and the charity's week and he has the balls to blame everyone but himself.

First he claims the SPAM has delayed my job, then he claims their flunky failed to get to work today. He then tries to tell me that its my fault for asking for a last minute job (I reminded him that he accepted the job 2 weeks ago and said it would be done in 3 days time). Then the magnetic panels are the wrong shape, the wrong size and the protective clear stuck to the door is cut beyond the edge of the door panel so it will peel off in no time.

Do these people not want the work? Do they think we'll put up with it? I've not been so angry in years. He's not getting f*cking paid for this job until it is 100% perfect.

AAAAAAAaaaaargh

As the perfection depended on the wrapping being ready for the deadline, I guess you won't be paying then Twisted Evil

The rear passenger door sign will have to be redone, the hi biz round the back door finished and then he will get paid. If the signs fall off or the lettering comes away then, no, he's not getting paid.
