Hi

See picture of fuses and relays from my 1998 Peugeot 306.

Doh! I can copy but not paste HERE from Photobucket ... or anywhere. I will try "Add option", but that didn't work last time.

How can I tell which relay controls my heater fan?

Switching on ignition causes an enthusiastic clunk from upper relay on left.

Rotating the heater fan switch does not make any further noises. Both "ventilation" fuses are intact

Hey, I think it might have worked.

Is there not a listing of what does what on the back of the cover?

Alternatively the manual may tell you.

get one of these

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DRAPER-6-24V-DC-Autom...sd%3D251360622896

earth the crocodile clip at the end of the wire.

start car.

turn on heater.

leave fuses where they are.

see the two metal bits on the top of each fuse?

touch screwdriver to each one in turn.

both sides light? fuse in use and ok.

neither side light? fuse not in use.

one side lights but not the other, fuse blown.
