I'm running 31" insa turbo Sahara desert and they have been spot on , they dont make to much noise on the road , off road grip is key to getting about . I don't think they are classed as a 50/50 tyre prob more like 30/70 . In my experience I would reccomended these .

The Grabber AT2s, or the Newer ATs are epically good tyres on and off road.

Better than BFG ATs IMO.

I personally avoid remoulds, as all the ones I've come across have been MUCH heavier than new tyres, and I've also had some fall apart on me.

Never had a remould fall apart on me - have found some to be better than the originals they copy and being cheaper are, of course, a lot cheaper to replace when you get a sharp rock or half hidden steel fencing slash out the sidewall of your tyre when you're off road
