Hello,
I have no doubts that someone on here will have the answer to my probably very common question. (I did check first to see if anyone else had posted the same but I couldn't find one)
In other old cars I've had I've been able to use the retro Duckhams oil, but sadly I can not get hold of any now, so I'm wondering what make and type ( Fully Synthetic / semi etc) would be best for my engine? I've not had my rangie long ( week) and want to give her a full service, but want to make sure a good oil goes in, but where I've used the old and now out of production Duckhams I'm lost as to what is a good brand to go for. I was tempted by Castrol ? but some are saying Comma ? any ideas please?
I'd rather pay a bit more if it come to it, but at the same time if smaller brands are just as good as bigger names then I'll happily use them.
Thank you for your help guys - appreciated
Merlin
