Guess you have a Fourtrak. If you do 31x10.50R15 tyres are a popular fitment for them but they need a minimum rim width of 7 inch for them to go on, so what goes on will depend on what rim you have as 6 inch wide rims are a Fourtrak fitment as well.Fitting 31x10.50R15 shouldn't lead to any problems with gearing and breaking stuff, but breaking stuff a lot of the time is down to how aggressive you drive. There are lots of good people with Fourtraks (and Sportraks) on the Daihatsu section of this forum if you want to ask more questions.

i have one myself and to say it bluntley you f*cked because 15 inch tyres are usually for small trucks where as are heavy so need wide tyres to stop them tipping.
31's are over priced to say the least im currently looking for some having a problem
best bet buy these then you can buy landy tyres which are alot cheaper
