Hi all,
I'm going to do a 3" body lift to make room for new tyres. I have a kit coming and extended brake hoses from Jimnybits. Also I have ordered the bits4vits steering extender bolts.

I'm aware I need to extend the gear lever and 4wd lever but not sure by how much common sense says 3", right?

Will I also need to extend the fuel filler pipe? If so does anyone know the diameter of this.

Any other tips with be greatly received.

Many thanks, LD.

Cheers. That is a great help. Hopefully get cracking sometime this week or next. Just want to have everything ready.

I think i'll move the fuel tank at a later date when I hve access to a decent welder.

Bits4vits has a tutorial on the fuel tank lift. You don't need to weld it in place just grind off the old brackets, lift the tank and drill in new bolt holes.

I'd do the tank lift the same time as the body lift.
