Hi all
what is the outside diameter of the coils to fit a 2.5inch shock body, as i understand it 2.5 shocks fit with 2.5 coils but thats not the actual size of the coil itself.
if it makes any difference ive been looking at FOX shocks (but i would hope all the sizes would be universal) 
any help would be much appreciated

2.0" shocks take 2.5" springs
2.5" shocks take 3" springs

e.g. internal or external diameter of the coil
