Looks a good build! Shouldn't be bending anything as it appears to be pretty heavy duty.
I presume your sticking with front only steer? Have you put any thought into disc brake conversions for the axles? You running 2 link front and rear or 3/4 link one end? What chassis is it based on?
Looking good! Keep up the good work!

hi , it will be front/rear steer but i havent collected the second pair of front knuckels and drive shafts, but as the axle case is the same front and rear i was able to weld up the rear a frame, so it will be one link plus panard front and rear. the chassis is two p38 range rover front halves joined in the middle to give width in the middle and narrowness at the wheels. hopefuly i can get away with minimal chassis out riggers for the roll cage to fix to. yes it is quite robust but as i hope to do the winch stuff i was worried that a spider's 50mm box chassi might bend, particulaly if pulling side ways .

hi forgot to say disc brakes will be vauxhaul movano 300mm with 16"novano steel wheels. this will need a small amount of machining and a 20mm thick ring shrinking onto the hub with 5 tapped holes to bolt wheel and disc on to . the finished result should end up only 1.5" wider than a landy on 25mm wheel spacers, with out having to cut the axle down or having the centre line of the tyre a long distance from the top and bottom swivel.

hi, been making a roll cage over the last couple of weeks, including what i hope are MSA compliant out riggers, and also got the marine gearbox to drive the front winch so offerd that up and it will all fit in the space available.
