just got my new sportrak at the weekend and i was taking it down some back roads and managed to get the rear drivers side lights pulled off(didn't realize until i got home and had to go back to get them) easy enough to put back on but all the wires from the car have pulled out of the connector box thing. so i have five wires an five holes and no idea which one goes where, can anybody help with this or know where i can get a wiring diagram for this from?
cheers

You should be able to work it out.
I'm guessing 4 of the wires will be lives so indicator, brake, tail, and reverse. The 5th will be an earth.
Using a multimeter or even a bulb and a bit of wire, and by turning each item on one by one and testing which wire becomes live/lights up the bulb you should be able to work out which wire goes where.

Ditto the above, I rewired my Sportraks rear lights doing it this way.
Failing that I may have an old connector somewhere I can take a picture of for you.

A picture would be awesome if you have one. I could match the wire coloured from the light to the wire colours that come from the hole in the back. Would just sticking a bulb on not blow any fuses? I'm totally lost when it comes to electronics and wires ect. Unless the colours match why they plug into. I will give that a go when I get in.
Cheers for the help

The thick white wire is most likely the earth, and that's all you really need to get started. I seem to remember the red being the brake light but it's really not that hard to identify the positive wires. A toolbox or something might be useful to hold the brake pedal down while testing
