Ent been offroading since they been on, might go up yarwell quary sunday and try it out. there a bit noisy but they are second hand so can be expected but not reslly made much differents to power or fuel econemy. it used to have kingpin allterains on 195/80/15 these are same size but are an inch taller, i had to trim bumper and mud gaurds. it was quite capable on the all terains but the front used to loose grip easy so should be good on these

Tyres perform really well some mods for the next few months are longer rear shocks poss astra mk2 rear shocks re mounted further back on chassis to give about 5" more articulation then dislocation cones. Also engines playing up so might upgrade to a sportrak lump as they bolt straight up to the early terios box and i happen to have a whole sportrak at work. The other idea is to remount the front diff on offside and run sportrak box for low ratio

I've always wondered if a Toyota 6 speed would fit into a Terios, then play about with the ratios. A long 6th for better motorway and a lower first, second and third.
Would cost a lotto win or the purchase price of a better truck to sort though.

Chinese make a premier rio which is a terios with 1.3hdi fiat engine, i assume they have altered diffs as even one 195/80/15 ours does 3800rpm at 70

There are a few variations of the Terios with 1.6L engines and Diesels in but nothing with much more Torque or BHP than the standard 1.3 90hp unit. From what I've seen the majority are lower powered and 2WD to compensate.
Would love to stick a YRV Turbo lump in one

Holy thread resurrection Batman!
How are you getting on with the Terios, sold it yet or still going? Managed to get it stuck?
I'm going to (hopefully) underseal mine before the winter sets in.
