Couldn't afford £1100 for Olds to do the job, after three cold winters I heard about this method. Bought the kit above, from Ebay and set about it on the driveway. You will need a decent torch or direct-able light source. I used a decent soldering iron with a flat tip ground down to approx. 1mm thick. Cut the panel out in 5 minutes with absolutely no mess (no longer than the very messy Dremel cutter), fitted the new doors, tested, then re-inserted cut out panel. I fixed back together with hot glue gun, you can barely see the repair and the plenum box is as strong as before. The tape in the kit finished the job off perfectly. Total time 40 minutes including clearing the tools away. The hardest bit was dropping the glove box, figure this out, the rest is easy if you take a little care. Toasty hot both sides again.
