Just wait until next year when the limits raise to 80 on a motorway. That's plus 10% +2 (unofficial but spoken to plenty cops who go by it, also a safety officer who's said that average speed camera's are set at that)
That's 90mph on a motorway. Not that people don't drive at that speed anyway, just it becomes in the realm of legal, so more people will.
Then that merging truck...

I think below 20mph on a motorway is only legal if your too nervous to drive safely on the motorway or are using your phone.
To be fair merging a wagon at 20 into traffic doing 90 shouldn't be that bad, so long as theres space to get the cab in the rest is someone elses problem
