welcome along , you just click upload pictures on the right of the text box ,click choose file 3rd line down select your picture from your computer, then hit send and then hit insert picture and select another and it goes into your post , hope this helps , for your profile pic you will have to download and image resizer to make it small enough so just google image resizer and download one

If you can post your avatar pic on here (or link to it) I will resize it for you.
