Reasonably, though the diff nose is longer on a Salisbury axle so a shorter prop shaft will probably be needed.
Double check it is a 3.54:1 ratio as well, although they should all be, a friend fitted on from a 110 defender, only to find someone must have fitted a 4.7:1 R&P fitted from an earlier 109 Salisbury axle.

Change the spring seats on the 110 axle to suit the disco smaller coils.
Are you doing a conversion to discs or is it a disc brake Salisbury?

Dont want to put a dampener on things but make sure your insurance company are happy (in writing) , if you were unlucky enough to have an accident and you have fitted a less efficient braking set up (which drums are when compared to discs) they will have a field day and a fatal acciodent could see you inside
Cheers Steve

Sorry just noticed its an Off roader... so if just for off road use and no insurance then clearly my comments are irrelevant
Cheers Steve
