Hi,

Can anyone recommend a good workshop manual for my U1300L covering all maintenance and how often things need checking/changing.

you can get the real macoy, ie the factory manuals, from atkinson vos (unimogs.co.uk) there pricey, but totaly comprehensive and cover every aspect of mog maintenance, when, how to, and what special tools(not many), and the pictures and line drawings are all excellent.

for servicing and day to day maintenance i found the instuction manual very handy, it gives all the service intervals, what products to use (oil types, brake fluid, etc ) and as its only a small book its more user freindly than a large workshop manual , however a proper workshop manual is an education in itself, but if you by second hand check its in english!
