Decided that my New Bright Landy (yes – I know but it was a present blah blah…) was just about worse than useless mainly due to lack of power & the battery lasting about 3 ½ minutes!!

So… I dug out all the old Tamiya stuff (I had a Rough Rider back in the day) with the plan to graft the battery connector on to the Landy to see if we could improve things.

Armed with soldering iron & hack saw, I removed the battery cover to find….. a Tamiya style socket that I’d never noticed before!!!

Soldering iron away, new battery in & a whole hour messing about in the park!!!

Things like that don’t happen to me!!

……… now, let’s have a look at the steering…………. Twisted Evil

lol I remember when I had that moment, damn handy that extra connector in the tray.

Be warned though playing with these things can lead to unplanned expensive outgoings! Wink
