Ahhh, so the fobs working unless the drivers door lock is exactly in the neutral position.
Supposition here, but most cars have a master solenoid or micro switch inside the lock mech, once the switch or solenoid is activarted by the turning of the key it opperates all the other door lock solenoids.
Possibilty is that your door lock is more worn than mine and the master is over riding the remote.
You will have to remove the door card, check to see if there is 2 wires to the lock mech, if so disconnect them, this will stop all cental locking from the key but will allow locking/ unlocking from the fob, except the drivers door which will only lock /unlock manually.
If thats the case its a new solenoid or door lock required.
If theres more than 2 wires cut the errrr,, sky blue pink one

Hi guys, ive came across this post, because like yous me fob has stopped working, already openned and found the lock micro button in broken, i can still unlock ( for now ).
ive read your comments and if i understand them right, i should be able to buy any 433 mhz 2button fob and programme to car,, is this right ?
also is my normal fob/alarm system, a fixed code lock or is it rotation?
