winch switch

Hi all, have just mounted my long awaited winch! havent wired her in yet, but was unsure what switching to go for and how, so was after a little advice.
I ideally would like a switch in the cab, but dont know how i would go about this??

also wouldnt mind a wireless remote, theres 2 cheap choices on ebay, the champion version, control unit plugs straight into the fairlead plug. or the even cheaper version that you wire in.

I had a cheap nasty winch with wireless remotes on my old recovery truck, but the wires from the wireless control unit kept melting, so has anybody had any issues like this with theres?

any help would be very gratfully recieved.

I run both, a two way flick switch in the cab and a radio remote. The use of one or the other depends on the situation, but both systems get used regular.
I tried a real cheap remote, gave up, and went to Lodar. So far its been about the only thing I can rely on to work every time its needed
