hi there im looking for a set of 4 tyres to fit 20" wheel for unimog 404 just to pass mot thanks

Just to fit for the test and take back off, or a set which will pass an MOT and stay on the truck?

There's quite a queue for the second option given the cost of new mog size rubber.

sorry what i meant wos a set of tyres that will go through an mot even if there close to limit but yes they are to stay on truck till funds can be raised for a new set thanks

Good luck then.

Just search ebay and trawl through the tractor tyres and truck tyres. I picked up a set of nearly new 4 12.00r20's earlier in the year for £130ish, so bargains are out there.

Also check out the milweb.net classifieds, r20's often come up at sensible money. For a cheap new set you'll be in the region of £150 - £200 per tyre.

There's a guy selling 6 new XL's on milweb at the moment for £850, not a <bad> price really.

I have a set of 5 XZLs (4 slightly worn, 1 new)...what the hell do I do with them??? I,m in Eastern Poland??? (I,m now on Michelin Power CLs, the XZLs could not cope with the soil here, they became slicks in 5 seconds flat.)

i have a set of 4 tyres 10,50 on rims that might pass test, that i dont need as i have a set of 12.00 to fit when i work out how to do that

may be a few weeks mind as i got to get mot sorted
mog been sitting for 4 yesrs so needs little bit iof tlc
