First, as a matter of safety it is better not to go alone. A group size up to four is the general "Code of Conduct" number.
Have a look at TrailWise http://www.trailwise.org.uk/ If you go to "Browse maps" you can move the map and zoom in to the area you want. Then when you see the coloured lanes, hover you mouse pointer over them to get basic information about the lane. The lane's UID is given in the information box; enter that into the "Find an item" box and you will see a some more about the lane.
Have look at the PDNPA web site here for information about vehicles in the countryside http://www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/index/looking-after/vehicles.htm
Note particularly the section about sensitive routes http://www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/index/looking-af...hicles-routes.htm

Get yourself OS maps of the area, they are white peak and dark peak.
Try Oldfield Lane, this runs from near Milner Off Road all the way to Birchover, slippery in places but llamas on the farm at the end.
