Hi all,
Just spent the last few evenings putting in my new springs - 2" heavy duty yellows. My Disco 300 now sits unevenly with the pasanger side about 1" higher. I have measured them as they are on the Disco and they are definitely longer / being compressed less on the pasanger side. So, what have I done wrong? Are they handed? Do they have a top and bottom?
Thanks
Ro

Hi there

they are probably not handed being after market springs. However standard springs are longer on the drivers side to compensate for uneven weight distribution!. You can even it up by fitting a spring spacer on the drivers side but before doing so try swapping the springs around side to side. A pain I know but at least the bolts will come undone easy now!

Thanks Pikey Farmer. I might try swapping them. There goes my Staurday. Oh Yeah, the springs are plus 2 inch and not minus 2 inch as I said in the first post.
Cheers,
Ro
