take one slightly tidy sj413 of jap origin and start cutting
plasma some bits from plate
a bit of milling and drilling then welding to get these

cut half way through with a slitting disk on the outside of the bend, fold, and weld back up

I am surprised you didnt plate the chassis before welding on the spring seat, dont you think it is needed? Will you be doing it for the suspension arm brackets?

It's all upward forces and if you notice the letterbox cut into the chassis for the tongue of the mount to go in !
It's tried and tested on many trucks including my own for a few years now without any signs of fracture.

Fair enough.
Will you be doing the same for the suspension arms?

The suspension mounts will join each other in the midle so all the forces will stay at the axles (not axle to chassis) but they will still be structurally gusseted.
Keep watching and all will become clear

With using bushes it needs some sort of swivel in the links so here you go.
Took some k10 20mm ground bar (smooth so not to wear the nylon bushes) threaded it to m20
Then turned some press fit bosses
Tiged them up with dissimilar rods to get some chrome in the mix to stop cracking while cooling.
Then miged on the bush holders

Then to make the links. I'm sure you can work this out.
Just the nylon bushes to turn up then there done
