hello

Anyone have any idea what this pipe is for.
It seems to be dripping/spurting oil out of it Confused

never noticed it before so not sure if it was once connected to something or not.

Regards
Sam

i think its an oil pressure relief hole.. they only tend to leak when the crank case breather hole and or the pcv valve thingy on the intake get blocked. or at least thats what i was told when i blocked the breather by accident and it spat oil out of there..

Joel.

Its the breather for the atmosphere side of the fuel pump.

Oil leaking from it means the seal in the fuel pump has failed.

You have 4 options

Leave it as it is
Block it up (Won't harm it)
Pipe it into a catch tank/rocker cover
fit new fuel pump.
