...........but enough about the mrs!
Ive been running my Landcruiser 3.0l KZJ70 on Bio when ever I can get it for a few months now and so far have had no problems even in the snow (50/50mix Bio/Dino), a few times Ive noticed the engine has a little cough now and then at idle when first started up but once its warmed up it has been fine.
The last 1/4 of a tank of the latest fill up she has been getting worse and is starting to cough and run pretty rough until the engine warms up. Is this just a dodgy batch of bio or is it a mechanical problem?
The engine doesnt use any oil, was serviced about 1000miles ago with all filters changed including the fuel filter. Never misses a beat on Dino.
Any ideas?

go back to dino for a tank and see if it still does it.
If it doesn't do it on dino then its a bio problem.

i agree sounds like rough bio.
keep a smaple and add 3ml of bio to 27 ml of methanol. see what drops out.
if anything separates its veggie.
take some a put it in a bottle , add 50% water and shake, see what drops out.
water should be 100% clear. if not its soap. or catalyst
