404 mog on ebay

has anyone seen that 404 listed on ebay ???. fella after £2500 for it, my **** it was bought other week for £700
talk about a mark up, £1800 for doing nothing

But what we cannot work out at Team Idris, is why anybody would cut up a Unimog to put the axels under a landrover? I mean, its a lot of work to make a s**t mog with no load space, tin foil chassis and crap gearbox Shocked

might as well get a 401 more load space crawler box 68inch wheel base will turn in own lenth

He's had an email from me about engine covers, I only have the passenger side one. At least it's nice and warm even in winter with the rad fan blowing air straight back at you. Shocked

i have some new covers some where will have a look over the week end one is 404 cannot remember witch side so will check.

mogmanner i have they are great fun right up till droping off anything more than 18" high then you know you have had a but clenching moment

I AGREE ,THEY MONED AT MANBY WHEN TOOK THE RECOVERY ROPE THROUGH THE MUD RUN AND BACK THEY DID NOT SAY TO GET STUCK ,NOW GOT A 1958 404 RUNNING ON LPG.
