has anyone any info on transferbox ratios for the g.waogon i,m looking for really strong (independent from gearbox) t/box for a project,,,,,

are you using the axle's aswell? thing being the front axle counter/rotates,,,,so don't think you can use transfer/box on your sami project?

correct if i'm wrong but don't al front axles counter rotate....or does the g wagon have different setup....derkiow

all front / rear diffs usually contra rotate to allow the props to rotate in the same direction, G wagon props well 460 and 461's props contra rotate as the diffs are basically the same front and rear.

What direction does the gearbox turn? the same way as all other vehicles? if i was to use a g-wagon t-box could would this solve the problem?

460 transfer box is 1:1 in high and 2.14:1 in low.
the front prop does turn backwards, but the rear turns the same direction as "normal" cars

G wagon back axles are about as perfect an axle as you can get, lightweight, super strong and simplistic.
Shame the same connot be said for the front though.
