my mate is going to morrocco next year in a 110.
there is just his vehicle going and needs to know wether to take 2 ior 4 waffle boards.
any tips pls?

If he's going on his own then he should avoid getting into a situation where he needs waffle boards.
Apart from that, waffles aren't a lot of use in sand/mud as they have a lip the car has to climb to get up onto them. you're better off with flexible mats.
Personal experience says he won't need any. I've driven from UK to Cape Town in 2003/4 and did a short 3 week Morocco trip in 2007, and have yet to use the waffles we took in anger. A large number of Pistes in Morocco are being / have been tarred, the only real risk of getting stuck is if you go playing silly buggers in the dunes in the south of the country, here a decent air compressor is more important than waffles, most of the desert is rocky rather than sandy.
