had a look in the classified bit but cant find any, has any one got any fwh for me sammy, cheap?

how good are they in terms of economy etc.

Sid,

From my own experience: They help a bit with fuel consumption (difficult to estimate accurately), they reduce transmission noise and wear and help the car run more freely. You can 'feel' this last one when you drive on the road with the hubs engaged and then dis-engaged.

It is a very worthwhile mod to do, so keep watching that aution site! Just make sure you give them a good refurb before fitting them.
