Due to my love of keeping cars true to their namesake, I'd love to track down some (or an) original steering wheel. The plastic is starting to fall of my current one (probably due to some hairy off-road situations) and it's time to start looking for options. Does anyone know where to find some specifically Lada steering wheels? My attempts at finding one haven't been too successful.

keep your eyes peeled and visit wreckers - many lada interiors are mint at the u-pull-it's etc
I scored a SAAS sport steering wheel to suit a lada minus the horn button
ALSO lots of the fiat 124 wheels will mount on lada's and come in sexy alloy/wood spoked styles, also available cheap from u-pull-it's

Thanks everyone,
I contacted Andrew last week and he didn't have any at that time. Those u-pull it's sound interesting. I'm flying to various locations around Australia in the next few weeks so I'll keep my eyes open (maybe). Might not be able to take a steering wheel home with me as well. I'm now even more determined to find some wrecks (apart from mine) up here in Broome. I hear they are around - not in wreckers' yards but in the bush. Maybe there is a chance I can find a decent steering wheel. Might go for a drive when Broome Taxis stop working me too hard.

I'd love to .... but my time is being cut short. Have to jet off to Kununurra to do a tour back to Broome so I may be there only a day or so. Unfortunately I'll be driving a Cruiser. Nah that's alright it's a 200 series. I'll keep you posted.

I have a couple of steering wheels, one from an 89 Niva and a sports steering wheel if you are interested in one of them. I am in Perth (Gosnells). I will be up north all next week in Pt Hedland though.
