ok which adjuster does what?
1 adjusts idle, one adjusts low end speed and the one in the SPAM gas pipe to intake controlls high end speed??
which ones adjusts what?

Nope,
The one in the SPAM gas pipe is your main mixture adjustment. Run at 3000rpm and use whatever mixture-detecting method you use to set that one.
Then allow to idle and set the idle mixture using the idle bleed screw on the vaporiser. There is a small amount of interaction, so if you've made large changes go round the 3000rpm - idle loop again.
The other adjustment on the vaporiser controls the diaphragm spring pressure, and you'd normally leave that one well alone unless you run out of adjustment on the big in-pipe screw.
Can't tell from the photo which is what, you could ask the supplier.
