I believe that some UNIMOG wheels have 8 stud fitting. Does any one know what the PCD is for this wheel? I have tried looking on the www. but cannot find any information about these wheels at all.

275mm PCD (from the centre of stud number 1 to the centre of stud number 5) with a 221mm centre-bore.

unimog427105,

Oh well, Thank you for the image, PCD & Centre-Bore. I was looking for a 8,75" or 222 mm PCD which is the same as the Volvo TGB etc. I wanted a tubeless type but a bit wider and a little more -ive offset. I think that they are going to be just a bit elusive.

All knave plates start off with no stud holes at ###PCD

Any good wheel maker (trucks etc) should be able to put together 16” DC rims to a knave plate @ ##mm offset for ~£100 VAT each, eBay has a few wheel makers on there who manufacture in the UK.

D&S Factors Ltd, 1 Pinder Lane, Donington 01775 820309 dsfactor@global.net will make you rims any way you want to order them.

They will need to know diameter, width, how many stud holes and size of stud, what PCD, centre bore, and amount of backset (dimension from Knave to inside rim). Turn around is quite quick too.

I just had some 15 inch rims made to take 31 - 15.5x15 flotation tyres, cost me £143 each and have reinforced beads and valve guards added.

That is great Dave.

I tried looking on E Bay but with out success and then trawled the WWW. Plenty of manufacturers in China. I did not try one because I had a feeling they were for trade orders and not 6 or 7 at a time.

I have two manufacturers now, this one and M J Lea.

Thank you.

PS I like the appearance of the hard top on your six wheel skid steer. Cool

contact "acwltd" (James if i recall) http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/acwltd i think his number is 01895 234252

Aspect Commercial Wheels Ltd, 12 Midas Industrial Estate, Longbridge Way, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2YT, UK

got a price of him for 11 x 20 drop centre rim to a custom offset for £187.50 each + VAT
&
11 - 20 SDC for £375.00 + VAT (3 piece split rims)

Would have used him as well for a spear wheel for my unimog however a couple of weeks after contacting him I dropped on an identical wheel to the one I have on my mog fitted with a brand new 365/80R20 XZL witch is the same tyres as on my mog for £128 on eBay! (luck) Very Happy
