hello,
if i buy in bio from a dealer (80ppl atm) does this already have the duty paid? ie. can i use more than 2500L a year?

You need to ask him, usually the only way they can get away with supplying it with no duty on is list it as heating oil..

However at 80ppl I would sincerely hope it has duty already paid!

The fuel duty has to be paid by the producer, and thus the 80ppl will include the 30.35p fuel duty paid to HMRC by the producer.
