mines registered as a snow plough, I just tried to insure it with Carole Nash, they laughed ............. a lot Rolling Eyes

i tried NFU, with a different tack, I told them it was a tractor, cos we insure our horses with them, explained about the snow plough bit and they seemed ok with that and quoted £120 tpft

its a 421 used to run a snow cutter powered by a 400 hp donkey engine on the back. It was used by the Highland Council to keep the Bealach na Ba mountain pass to Applecross clear after the big snow storms in 1976 Cool
