Hi there everybody am new to LPG and have just bought a full setup of a felllow difflocker.
The Vapouriser is and OMVL R90/E. Tank is a Stako 55l.
Not sure what make the wiring etc is assume it is also OMVL.
Well i have installed the system using the last owners detailed instructions and seemed very simple.
Problem i am having is that the system doesnt seem to want to switch over to LPG system (no relays clicking etc) the system has a switch which shows tank level also, At the moment when ignition is on, and lpg switch pressed orange light flashes. Does anybody have a wiring diagram for this system so i can try and find the fault? or is the tank just empty? any help would be much appreciated thanks Sam

Not unless you can identify the make and model of the switch, and/or the seperate controller if there is one.

It doesn't sound like the sort of system that would be smart enough not to attempt changeover just because the tank is empty or reporting empty.
Usually they wait for an RPM signal crossing a threshold. Does it change if you blip the throttle? It may lost the user-adjustable setting for the threshold, or there may be a problem with your RPM connection (probably to the coil -ve)

Thank you for the replies. System is quite a basic one no controller. Have searched everywhere for a make or model but can't find anything. The system was supplied by few autogas when new. Found some wiring info on the Internet which seems to match up to my changeover switch. Will get the multimeter out today and see if I can make sense of it.

Just come back from having a fiddle and have got it running on gas! Problem was with the fuel pump cut off relay for some reason when the fuel pump supply was cut off i was loosing ignition live at the coil and therefore power to the cut off solenoids. Think it has something to do with the aftermarket alarm system fitted?

Wiring was as follows if anyone needs to know
Brown--- Rpm Signal
Black --- Earth
Red --- Ignition Live
Blue --- Switched +ive to cut off solenoids
Green and White --- Fuel level sender
And yellow which is not used on mine is apparently for fuel cut off?

All that remains now is to fiddle with the vapouriser and try and get it tuned in correctly Thank you to all who have replied
