I've got a 93 4.0 Cherokee running 235 85 16 " Tyre's . is there a cheap way to re-gear this? diffrent diffs, or t-box has any 1 done this

This might be your cheapest option. He may still have them.

Otherwise the only real option is to re-gear. You can go down to 4.56, there are lower gears for Dana axles, but they'll be too low for the road. The T-case (you have a 242 t case) can't be lowered, but you could perhaps find a 231 (found in some XJ and most YJ/TJ's) which can have a 4:1 low range kit installed.
But these options won't be cheap.

Are you planning on running larger tyres? 235's go fine on a standard 3.5:1 ratio axle.

don't think ill go bigger , but u can notice slight drop in performance with 32" Tyre's on allso Will a rear 27 spline Lock Right auto locker fit into the front . has anyone done this
