What next... Try and make that garage space pay I guess? I’m back against a wall on this one, I don’t appear to be able to generate enough ceratonin in my brain to do a full time job. Which is a tad annoying at 49.
Anyhoo, I seem to have bought my old lathe from work (94’ - 99’) And I can weld stuff up in steel and ally.

That emoji describes perfectly how I feel Shocked

Tiring day as well. We were both wrecked long before we stood the chassis up against the wall.

Chassis was too heavy to lift so I chopped that as well. Might get it off site Wednesday? Our Terry has some copper to go to the scrap yard.
Old old V8 goes Wednesday.
No idea when the axels are being collected.
That leaves the dry sump engine and the gearbox Smile

I’m getting there, but I really need to shift this 3.5 rover V8 with dry sump. There is no interest in it Sad
Only 100 hours on it since full rebuild.

A quick vid on lathe progress. The pendant cable used to be the cable to the the back of the race truck from the dash.

Engine sold as complete dry sump hydraulic front PTO set.
I thought I was going to have to part it out and then all the development work would be lost.

I wanted £5k for the whole vehicle and I think I did £4400?
Still had two winches and the lodar remote set, so I was right.
Kind of miss it but not as much as I expected. I couldn’t get on with trialing, I couldn’t remember the order of the sticks.
Had the lathe 2 years and have had some fun with that instead Very Happy
