Milner Off Road Ltd used to list a lift kit for them a while back so you could see if they still do or can suggest someone.

With a 2 inch lift kit what is the biggest tyres i can put on without huge modification, could i get 265/70/17 on with the standard rims or would i be better dropping down to 15 or 16 inch rims??

Would not put 265/70 onto standard rims maybe stick with the stock 235/65R17 size but something a bit more aggressive.
