Hi
Can anyone tell me if wheels from a 1992 Disco 1 (200tdi) will fit a 2001 Disco 2 (Td5) ???, ie stud spacing and centre hole size
The wheels on my 200tdi are aftermarket steel modulers with 33-12.50 x15 cooper tyres, i know i will need to lift the suspension on the Td5 but need to know if i need new wheels as well.
Thank you
Mouse.

No they won't fit D1 stud spacing 5x165, D2 5x120, so you will require new wheels. Can't think of anyone who makes 15 D2 pcd modulars etc.You will have to remove the stone guard on the brakes as they will catch and there isn't much clearance on the brakes anyway.People have used banded BMW car wheels before now on them usually 3 or 5 series go on, they will need to banded by at least 2 inches if not a bit more, dependent on whether you go 3 or 5 series.

Hi Mr Tyre and thanks for reply
As nether the wheels or tyres will fit i might be looking at both and spacers (cost going up),
Also it seems that i will have to go back to 16in rims as 15 dont seem to fit due to not a lot of room under there, not having a lot of luck finding a 16in M/T compatible to 12.5 in wide, are there any brands you would recommend like khumo or cooper or what would the equivalent size be in metric ??.
Thank you
Mouse

Mouse, you want to look at 305/70R16, they are 32.8 inches in diameter 12 inches or so wide, will go on 8 to 9.5 inch wide wheels, Cooper, BFG, Toyo and others make them.
