Hi guys, im in the process of restoring an 86 sj410 tin top and i was wondering if anybody know if there is a difference between 1988> brake callipers and 1986 Brake calipers,the 88 ones seem to be much cheaper.. any info would be great. thanks guys

Technically sj calipers don't change with age.....but from 88 they started building them in Spain with girling calipers so the ones listed as 88+ are probably just the Spanish calipers.
Yours will be the jap aisin calipers, whilst they are more expensive they are the better calipers.
