I have off my disco a new chunky set of tyres which I want on my Fourtrak if someone can tell me if it's possible.

235/70 R16 ,is there a wheel that will let me do this? Without rubbing .

Thanks

The tyres will fit a Suzuki alloy, Suzuki rims are used by a lot of people on the Fourtrak, you just need to make sure that the rim is a tightish fit on the hub and that there is clearance on the track rod ends and suspension components.

Make sure you use the alloy wheel nuts from the Suzuki.

Will the grand vitara ally wheels fit as they don't appear to have a great big hole in the middle?

Suzuki Vitara rims should fit the centre bore is the same (108-108.1)but Grand Vitara rims won't (centre bore 104).They used to do a 6J and a 7J steel rim in 16 inch the centre bore of the wheels changed around 1997-8.

This is vitara fatboy wheels on my fourtrak:

Only problem i had was that suzuki used 17mm wheel bolts, and daihatsu 19mm. Wont be a problem with steels but the holes in the alloys weren't big enough to fit a 19mm socket down them!
